My name is Sue and I have two children and coordinate the agency from my home in Thornbury, Bristol. I joined as a sitter in 2004. I was given the opportunity to take over the running of the agency in 2006 and immediately jumped at the chance as the agency was already well established.

I truly believe that I have the best sitters in the area. I personally meet each and every sitter, obtain written references and check their CRB and photo ID. I will only accept sitters that I would be happy to leave my own children with.

I provide a sitter information card which is emailed across to a parent once a sitter has been allocated. This card allows the family to see a photo and relevant details of their sitter. The sitter will also contact the parents to confirm the booking details direct with them.

I constantly request feedback from both parents and sitters to ensure I deliver a first class service.
